獭兔胃部血管分布及手术优化的研究

Study onGastric Vascular Distribution and Surgical Optimization in Rabbits

通过獭兔胃解剖观察,探索其血管分布规律,为最优化手术方案提供理论参考。方法:试验獭兔70只,体重2. 5±0. 5 kg,剖解观察胃部血管分布特征,分析胃部手术的优化路径。结果:胃部血管有胃左动脉、胃右动脉、胃网膜左动脉、胃网膜右动脉、胃后动脉和短动脉;血管网主要分为胃小弯、胃大弯和胃底背侧的左部3个区域; 3种手术预设切口分别是延胃大弯纵向切口、延横断面预设线切口和靠近幽门部的斜向切口。表明掌握獭兔胃血管分布特征有助于确定手术切口位置和手术优化设计,可减少手术对其造成的组织损伤,大幅降低手术风险。

Through the anatomical observation of Rex rabbit stomach, the distribution characteristics of blood vessels in the stom- ach were explored, which provided a theoretical reference for the optimal path of gastric surgery. The test Rex rabbits were chosen as follows ： number 70, weight 2.5 ＋ 0.5kg. Through the anatomy of rabbit stomach, the distribution characteristics of rabbit stomach blood vessels were observed, and the optimization path of rabbit stomach surgery was analyzed. The gastric vessels include the left gastric artery, the right gastric artery, the left gastroepiploic artery, the right gastroepiploic artery, the posterior gastric artery and the short gastric artery. Gastric vascular network is divided into three regions： the lesser curvature of stomach, the greater curvature of stomach and the back side of the left gastric fundus. The three surgical incisions were： the longitudinal incision of the greater curva ture of stomach, the transverse incision of the preset line, and the oblique incision near the pylorus. The distribution of gastric vascu lature in Rex rabbits helps to determine the location of surgical incision and optimal design of the surgery, which can reduce the tis sue damage caused by surgery and reduce the risk of surgery.
