白头翁散超微粉和普通粉中各药材的薄层对比鉴别 被引量:3

摘要 为了建立白头翁散超微粉中的白头翁、黄连、秦皮定性鉴别方法;并把超微粉和普通粉相比,定性鉴别两者溶出成分有无差别;采用薄层色谱法分别鉴别白头翁散超微粉中的白头翁、黄连、秦皮;并平行比较超微粉和普通粉的薄层色谱;结果显示,在硅胶G薄层板上,以正丁醇-醋酸-水(4∶1∶2)的上层溶液为展开剂,喷以10%硫酸乙醇溶液可快速鉴别出白头翁;硅胶G薄层板上,以苯-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-异丙醇-浓氨试液(12∶6∶3∶3∶1)为展开剂,置紫外光灯(365 nm)下检视可快速鉴别出黄连;硅胶G薄层板上,以正丁醇-三氯甲烷-甲苯-甲酸(8∶1∶1∶1)为展开剂,置紫外光灯(365 nm)下检视可快速鉴别出秦皮;表明白头翁散超微粉中白头翁、黄连、秦皮的薄层鉴别方法快速、稳定,可作为质量标准中定性鉴别指标。超微粉和普通粉相比。 To establish the method for qualitative identification of the Chinese bulbul, Rhizoma coptidis and Qin leather in the Chinese bulbul powder. Compared with the ordinary powder, it was found that the two soluble components were indistinguishable. Methods : using TLC method to identify the Chinese bulbul, Rhiz0ma coptidis and Qin leather in the powder. Parallel comparison of ul- trafine powder and ordinary powder thin layer chromatography. On the silica gel G thin layer, the top solution of n-butanol-acetic acid-water (4: 1: 2) was used as an expansion agent, which was sprayed with 10% sulfuric acid ethanol solution to quickly identify the Chinese bulbul. The silica gel G thin layer was used for the development of phenyl acetate-methanol-isopropanol-concentrated am- monia solution (12: 6: 3:1 ), and the UV light (365nm) was examined for the rapid identification of the Rhizoma coptidis. On the thin layer of silica gel, with n-butyl alcohol-trichloromethane-toluene-formic acid (8: 1: 1:1 ), the UV light (365nm) could be used for the rapid identification of Qin leather. The TLC identification method is fast and stable, which can be used as a qualitative criteri- on in the quality standard. In comparison with ordinary powder, there is no difference between them.
