香港直接投资对珠三角经济增长的影响——基于城市面板数据的检验

The Impact of Hong Kong's Direct Investment on the Economic Growth of the Pearl River Delta

基于索洛经济增长模型和城市面板数据,实证检验了香港直接投资对珠三角经济增长的影响效应。结果表明:香港直接投资不仅促进了珠三角整体经济增长,而且有利于提高第二产业和第三产业的增加值;与此同时,香港直接投资对珠江东岸城市群第三产业的促进作用大于第二产业,而对珠江西岸城市群第二产业的推动作用则显著大于第三产业。在粤港澳大湾区建设的背景下,应进一步优化香港直接投资在珠三角城市间和产业间的布局,更好地发挥香港直接投资对珠三角经济总量增长和路径转轨的促进作用,实现高质量发展。

Using the Solow economic growth model and urban panel data, this paper empirically examines the impact of Hong Kong＇ s direct investment on the economic growth of the Pearl River Delta. The results show that, direct in- vestment from Hong Kong not only promotes the overall economic growth of the Pearl River Delta, but also increases the added value of the secondary industry and the tertiary industry. Meanwhile, the positive effect of Hong Kong＇ s direct investment on the tertiary industry of the eastern urban agglomeration is larger than that on the secondary indus- try. Differentely, the positive effect of Hong Kong＇ s direct investment on the secondary industry of the western urban agglomeration is larger than that on the tertiary industry. In the context of the construction of the Guangdong - Hong Kong - Macao Greater Bay Area, the layout of Hong Kong＇ s direct investment in the Pearl River Delta cities and in- dustries should be further optimized to stimulate economic growth and path transition, thus leading to high quality de- velopment.
