从哈尔滨市经济及服务外包发展的实际出发,对哈尔滨市承接"一带一路"沿线国家和地区的服务外包现状和问题进行分析,提出哈尔滨市服务外包产业的发展路径,旨在促进哈尔滨市服务外包产业持续健康发展,助力城市经济发展模式转变及产业结构升级。

Based on the actual development of Harbin＇ s economy and service outsourcing industry, this paper makes analysis of status quo and problems of service outsourcing in the countries and regions along the project in Harbin. As a consequence, paper proposes a development path of Harbin＇ s service outsourcing industry. In this way,the devel- opment of service outsourcing can enhance international service competitiveness and strive for a healthy and rapid de- velopment of the service outsourcing industry in Harbin. What＇s more , it can accterate the transformation of econom- ic development model and optimize the industrial structure in Harbin.
