江西省产业转型升级水平测度及优化对策分析

The Measurement of Industrial Transformation and Upgrading Level in Jiangxi Province and the Optimized Countermeasures

通过运用江西省2001—2016年三次产业增加值及就业人数的统计数据,借鉴More值测定法、Lilien指数以及产业超前系数法等模型定量测度了江西省产业转型升级的速率及产业转型升级的方向。研究结果表明:虽然"十一五"期间产业转型升级的速度缓慢,但产业转型升级总体呈不断优化递进趋势,进入"十三五"后转型升级速度明显加快;在转型升级的方向上,尽管二三产业得到优化,但近年来第二产业发展相对滞后,第三产业超前发展优势明显。

According to the statistical data of three industrial added values and the number of employment in Jiangxi Province from 2001 to 2016, in the paper we use the More and the Lilien index method and the advanced coefficient modle, respectively to measure the direction and speed of the transformation and upgrading of three industrial in Jian- gxi province. The results show that： altho the speed of industzial transfommtion and upgrading was slow during the period of ＂1 lth Five -Year＂, the speed of trangformation and upgrading is accelerated continuously, and the speed of transformation and upgrading is obviously accelerated during the period of ＂13th Five - Year＂. Inthe direction of the transformation and upgrading, the second and the third industry are optimized, but in recent years, the second indus- try is lagging behind, and the third industry has obvious advantages of advanced development.
