The Influence of the Characteristics of Stock-type Open-end Fund Manager on Fund Performance

选取样本数据,通过Stata软件对我国股票型开放式基金经理特征与其管理的基金业绩之间的关系进行分析。从基金经理的性别、管理基金数量、任职年限与受教育程度进行分析,得出以下结论:性别和管理基金数量能够影响基金业绩,而任职年限和受教育程度对基金业绩影响不显著。

This paper analyzes and studies the relationship between the characteristics of stock - type open - end fund managers and the performance of funds managed by them through Stata software. The 635 data samples studied come from the Wind database. This paper analyzes the gender of the fund manager, the number of funds employed, the length of service and the number of years of education, and concludes that the number of funds employed can in- fluence the fund performance, while the length of service and years of education will not affect the fund performance.
