新时代下传统煤炭商贸流通企业转型升级路径——基于“互联网+”的思考

我国是世界上最大的煤炭生产国与消费国,近年来,受经济增速放缓、能源结构调整等因素影响,煤炭需求大幅下降,传统煤炭商贸流通企业效益普遍下滑。运用SWOT方法分析了煤炭行业产能过剩、供需矛盾突出、环境污染等问题,为落实国家政策,支持煤炭行业转型升级,化解产能过剩问题,结合"互联网+"新思路,指出传统煤炭商贸流通企业应向煤炭电商企业转型,建立线上煤炭交易平台、物流服务平台,整合物流资源,开展物流金融服务,建立完善信息系统,掌握行业供货企业数据、需求企业数据和物流企业数据,形成大数据,引导行业健康发展。

China is the world＇ s largest producer and consumer of coal. The coal industry has had a golden decade, but now it experiencing the ＂wintor period＂. SWOT analysis is used for analyzing overcapacity, serious supply and demand conteadiction, being not environmental - friendly and other problems in coal industry. With comprehensive consideration of national policy supposing the transformation and upgrading of the coal industry and the elimination of overcapacity, and Internet ＋ providing new ideas for traditional coal enterprises. It is indicated that traditional coal enterprises should transform to coal e - commerce enterprises, and set up online coal trading platform and logistics service platform, integrate logistics nesources, develop logistics financial services, establish perfect information sys- tem, collect data of suppliers, demanders and logistics enterprise, form the big data, and then guide the healthy de- velopment of coal industry.
