基于岗位模拟的高职物流运输管理课程一体化教学研究

Research on the Course of Logistics Transportation Management Integration in Higher Vocational Colleges which Based on the Job Simulation

针对物流运输管理课程理论教学过多,缺乏实际操作的问题,提出基于物流企业真实岗位需求的物流运输一体化教学体系。在一体化教学体系的基础上,依托logis运输综合业务系统实践教学平台,在教学平台中嵌入来源于企业真实环境的任务案例,让学生通过模拟扮演某一岗位角色进行职业岗位技能训练。

In view of the excessive teaching of（logistics transportation management） theory and the lack of practical operation, this paper puts forward the integrated teaching system of logistics transportation based on the actual de- mand of logistics enterprises. On the basis of the integration of teaching system, based on a logis transportation com- prehensive business system practice teaching platform, embedded in the teaching platform from the task of real world case enterprise, lets the student by simulating a post role for professional post skills training.
