摘要
建立了以正面吊远程监控系统为基础的设备全方位管理平台,通过物联网通讯技术,对设备的关键技术参数和运行状态进行实时监控,实现了设备的精细化管理,降低了故障隐患和被动停机率,为企业的安全生产和重大安全事故的预防提供了有效保障。
The comprehensive equipment management platfonn is established, which is based on remote monitoring system in reach stacker. The key technical parameters and operating conditions are monitored in time by interact of things communication technology. By the time, the delicacy management of equipment is carried out, failure hazards and passive downtime are decreased, and better protections tor satety production and prevention of satety accidents are provide.
