针对传统木浆装卸工艺存在的缺点,在充分考虑设备投入成本、装卸便捷与安全的基础上,设计并制作了可安装于叉车上的新型木浆反铲吊具,校核了吊具自身的强度以及安装吊具后叉车的稳定性。新吊具制作成本低,可改善传统的木浆装卸方式,便于装卸人员操作,木浆装卸的效率和安全性均得到提高。

In view of the shortcomings of the traditional wood pulp loading and unloading process, a new type of wood pulp backhoe spreader that can be installed on forklift truck is designed and manutactured on the basis of tully considering the equipment input cost, convenience and satety of loading and unloading. The strength of the spreader and the stability of the forklift truck with spreader are checked. The new spreader has low manufacturing cost and the traditional wood pulp loading and unloading modes are improved, which is convenient for stevedore to operate and can improve the efficiency and satety of wood pulp loading and unloading.
