摘要
科里奥利质量流量计能够直接测量气体、液体、高粘度介质等流体的质量流量.目前用于天然气管网的科里奥利质量流量计通常用水进行检定校准,检测介质以及压力的差异对结果的影响缺少相关研究.本文通过静力学仿真,对通径为80 mm的U型管施加不同大小的压力以模拟不同介质类型,并选取多个型号的流量计分别进行水和天然气对比实验,水流量误差不超过±0. 2%,天然气流量误差不超过±1%;实验结果表明压力带来的影响与仿真分析接近,两者的膨胀系数数值大小接近,不同介质的结果具有较好的一致性.
Coriolis mass flowmeters can directly measure mass flow of gas, liquid, high viscosity media and other fluids with high measurement accuracy. Coriolis mass flowmeters currently used in natural gas pipeline networks are usually calibrated by using water. In this paper, by means of static simulation, different pressure was applied to the U-shaped tube with diameter 80 mm to simulate different medium. Several types of flowmeters were selected to carry out comparative experiments of water and natural gas respectively. The experimental results show that the error of water is less than ±0.2% and the error of natural gas is less than ±1%. The influence brought by pressure is close to the simulation analysis and the results of different media have good consistency.
