摘要
植物受到外界刺激后,内部会产生电信号并进行传递,引起一系列生理反应.实验测量了玉米在粘虫取食、剪伤以及烧伤刺激下电信号的变化,通过植物微弱电信号放大器、NI USB 6008数据采集卡、NI labview等软件采集数据,采用OriginPro8.0及Image-Pro-Plus6.0软件进行分析处理,建立了三种刺激下的电信号变化模型图.结果表明,粘虫取食与其它刺激下的电信号变化波形图明显不同,这种特异波形变化模型图可以与农业远程监控系统相关联,为粘虫预警自动化管理提供参考.
When plants are exposed to external stimulus, it can generate and transmit electrical signals and produce physiological responses. In this study, we measured the changes of the electrical signals of maize plants when they were subjected to armyworm feeding, shearing and burn stimulation. The data were collected with a plant weak electric signal amplifier, the NI USB 6008 data acquisition card and the NI labview software. The model diagrams of electrical signal variation under three stimuli were established based on the data analysis and processing with the software OriginPro8.0 and Image Pro Plus6.0. The results show that the diagrams of electrical signal variation induced by armyworms are obviously different ftom those by the other stimuli. The specific wavefotto change model can be associated with the agricultural remote monitoring system and provide information for the automatic management of armyworms.
