摘要
针对内插式永磁同步电机d轴和q轴电感不相等情况下的转矩电流控制进行研究,分析内插式永磁同步电机的数学模型,结合数学模型求得最大转矩所需要的电流,保证最大转矩时所需要的电流最小,通过实验验证了内插式永磁同步电机采用最大转矩电流控制转矩响应快,具有良好的机械特性,整机在额定运行状态下效率达到95.5%,实验结果验证了控制算法的有效性和工程实用性.
The torque and current control of interpolated permanent magnet synchronous motor with unequal inductance of d-axis and q-axis is studied.The mathematical model of interpolated permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed.The current required for maximum torque is obtained by combining the mathematical model,and the minimum current required for maximum torque is guaranteed.The maximum torque current is used to control the torque of the stepping motor,which has fast response and good mechanical characteristics.The efficiency of the whole machine is 95.5% under the rated operation condition.The experimental results show that the control algorithm is effective and practical.
