吡唑醛缩吡啶胺席夫碱的合成、表征及性质研究

Synthesis,Structures and Properties of Schiff Bases by Condensation of Pyrazoraldehyde and Aminopyridine

采用5-氯-3-甲基-1-苯基-4-吡唑甲醛和吡啶胺缩合反应,合成了两个新型的含吡啶和吡唑杂环的席夫碱类化合物,其结构经1 H NMR,13C NMR,IR和元素分析确证.测定了目标化合物的荧光性能和抗氧化活性,结果表明该目标化合物具有较强的荧光性能和一定的抗氧化活性.

By the condensation reaction of 5-chloro-3-methyl-1-phenyl-4-pyrazoraldehyde and aminopyridine,two new compounds containing pyridine and pyrazole heterocycles were synthesized.The structures of the compounds were determined by 1 HNMR,13 CNMR,IR and elemental analysis.Fluorescence and antioxidant activity of the target compounds were tested,and the results showed that the target compounds had strong fluorescence properties and certain antioxidant activity.
