摘要
高校外聘兼职教师,是师范专业协同培养的重要体现,对于高校、高校学生与教师的发展也有积极意义。师范专业外聘教师存在的主要问题是数量不足、用量不济、质量不保和聚量不实。高校应积极推进师范生的协同培养,促进外聘教师队伍建设科学化。为此,要加大外聘教师的力度,提升外聘教师的教育教学水平,深入开展各类教研活动,促进专兼职教师的互动,提升教学团队的整体实力。
The practice of employing part-time teachers outside of the university is an important embodiment of the training of teachers' professional cooperation. It also has positive significance for the development of students and teachers in Colleges and universities. The main problems of external teachers in normal schools are insufficient quantity, inadequate dosage, unqualified quality and unequal volume. Colleges and universities should actively promote the collaborative training of normal students and promote the scientific construction of external teaching staff. To this end, we should increase the strength of external teachers and improve the education and teaching level of external teachers, and carry out various teaching and research activities to promote the interaction of part-time teachers, and improve the overall strength of the teaching team.
