摘要
太极拳运动作为民族传统体育项目有助于促进大学生的身心健康发展。文章运用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法等,通过太极拳运动对女大学生身心健康的影响进行实验研究,结果显示:(1)太极拳运动可有效改善和提高低身体素质组女大学生的腰腹肌力量,下肢爆发力、灵敏素质及柔韧素质;(2)太极拳运动干预后,低、中、高身体素质组的积极幸福感、烦恼感和疲劳感均得到一定程度得改善。
As a national traditional sport, Taijiquan can promote the physical and mental health of college students. This study using the literature material method, experimental method, mathematical statistics and so on, through the Taijiquan exercise, does an experimental study on the influence of female college students physical and mental health, the results show: (1) low Taijiquan exercise can effectively improve and enhance physical quality group of female college students of lumbar muscles strength, lower limbs explosive power, sensitive quality and flexible quality; (2) after the intervention of taijiquan exercise, the group with low, middle and high physical quality improved their positive happiness, annoyance and fatigue to a certain extent.
