摘要
力量训练是现代运动训练的重要内容之一,是运动员从事竞技体育运动项目获得理想成绩的基础。文章采用文献资料法对传统射箭运动员的力量训练进行分析得出,教练员要高度重视并加强运动员的训练强度,尤其是力量耐力和最大力量,训练时结合力量素质的三大构成,训练的动作速度、轨迹、幅度以及用力强弱必须与"直线用力"和"对称用力"的特征一致,速度以慢节奏为主,使传统射箭运动员保持最好的训练状态,为传统射箭运动员力量训练的深化和创造理想运动成绩而打下坚实基础。
Strength training is one of the important contents of modern sports training. This paper analyzes the strength training of traditional archery athletes by using the method of literature. It is concluded that coaches should attach great importance to and strengthen the training intensity of athletes, especially the strength endurance and maximum strength. In training, the movement speed, track, amplitude and strength must be consistent with the characteristics of "straight line force" and "symmetrical force", and the main speed is slow rhythm. To maintain the best training condition for the traditional archers and to promote the strength of the traditional archers The deepening of quantitative training and the creation of ideal sports achievements lay a solid foundation.
