Study on the optimization for uniform cross wall temperature of 7.63m coke oven

论证了通过提高7.63m焦炉横排系数来降低吨焦能耗的可行性,通过稳定加热制度、合理调节喷射板以及蓄热室格子砖更换等措施,提高了相关燃烧室横排温度的均匀性,横排系数得到了有效提高,吨焦能耗明显降低。

The feasibility is studied for reducing energy consumption in producing per ton of coke by increasing the cross wall coefficient for 7. 63 m coke oven. By stabilizing heating system,adjusting injecting plate and replacing checker brick,etc.,the uniformity of cross wall temperature can be improved,the cross wall coefficient can be increased and energy consumption for producing per ton of coke can be reduced.
