丙烯酰胺保水剂对清见橘橙根际环境及果实品质的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以清见橘橙为试材,于其开花期、稳果期、果实膨大期和转色期4个关键物候期,设置株施60、80、100、120、140 g丙烯酰胺保水剂(CLP)处理,分别用T1、T2、T3、T4和T5表示,以不施CLP的为对照(CK),对根际土壤环境和果实品质指标进行了测定分析。结果表明:随CLP施用量增加,除果实膨大期外的土壤含水量和土壤酶活性、除稳果期外的土壤呼吸强度、除开花期的放线菌数量、果实膨大期的细菌数量外的土壤微生物数量、根系活力和土壤有机质含量均呈先升后降趋势,T3处理的土壤含水量、土壤有机质含量、土壤呼吸强度、土壤微生物数量、根系活力均最大;与对照相比,CLP处理显著增加了除T1外的维生素C、还原糖和总糖含量、糖酸比、可溶性固形物含量和果实单果重,这些指标均是T3处理的最大,显著降低了可滴定酸含量,T3处理的滴定酸含量最小。综合分析,CLP能显著改善根际土壤环境,提高果实品质,且以T3处理的效果相对较好。 To understand the effects of acrylamide water protectant on Kiyomi tangor, we treated Kiyomi tangor at the phase of flowering, fruiting, expansion and color transformation with five different mass contents of CLP: 60, 80, 100, 120 and 140 g of each plant, with naming T1, T2, T3, T4 and T5 respectively. Set a CLP–free treatment as the control (CK). The indexes of rhizosphere soil environment and fruit quality were measured and analyzed. The results showed that, with the increase of CLP usage, all phase of soil water content and soil enzyme activity except fruit expansion stage, soil respiration intensity except the fruiting stage, the number of actinomyces in flowering stage, the number of bacteria in the fruit expansion stage, the number of soil microorganisms, root activity and soil organic matter content all showed a increasing trendency first and then falling. The T3 treatment had the summit. Compared with the control group, CLP treatments significantly increased the content of vitamin C except T1, the reduced sugar and the total sugar content, sugar acid ratio, soluble solids content and single fruit quality, and all these indexes reached the highest level in T3 treatment, with lowest of the titrate acid content. Through comprehensive analysis, CLP can significantly improve the rhizosphere environment of soil and the quality of fruit, and the peformance of T3 treatment is the best.
