摘要
文章采用相同规格不同磨削层图案的两种cBN砂带,分别对45号钢进行磨削试验,分析并比较它们的磨削性能。结果表明:两种磨削层图案的cBN砂带使用初期都获得较大的粗糙度,随后缓慢下降趋于稳定,最终测得圆点砂带的表面粗糙度为0.215μm、箭头砂带为0.355μm,整个磨削过程箭头砂带表面粗糙度要大于圆点砂带;在磨削前期,箭头砂带表现出比圆点砂带更好的磨削效率,两种砂带的磨削效率分别为52.7g/h和43.2g/h,两种图案磨削层图案cBN砂带磨耗比相差不大。
Two kinds of cBN abrasive belts with different grinding layer patterns were separately applied on grinding 45# steel, and its grinding performance was analyzed and compared. Results showed that two kinds of CBN abrasive belts held the higher roughness at the initial stage, then it dropped slowly, finally kept stable as the surface roughness of dot abrasive belts being 0.215 μm and the one of arrow being 0.355 μm, which always kept higher in the whole grinding process; on the beginning of grinding, the arrow belt had a better grinding efficiency, which was 52.7 g/h and better than the one of dot belt of 43.2 g/h, and the abrasive grinding ratio of two cBN belts was almost the same.
