摘要
利用热压法,通过改变铸铁粉末含量及不同的热压参数,分析了铸铁粉末的存在对金刚石工具力学性能的影响,并对铸铁成分对金刚石表面的侵蚀进行了观察。实验发现:在实验工艺条件下,铸铁粉末含量提高时,对结合剂的硬度影响较小,而抗折强度会下降。但通过提高温度可以明显提高结合剂的强度。经对金刚石节块试验和金刚石表面观察,铸铁粉末的加入可以降低铁对金刚石表面的侵蚀,提高结合剂对金刚石的结合力。
In this paper, iron-based bonding diamond bits were fabricated by a hot press sintering method by varying the cast iron powder content and temperature. The influences of cast iron powder and temperature on the mechanical properties of diamond tools were analyzed, and the corrosion morphology of diamond surface was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the bending strength of bond is decreased with increasing the content of cast iron powder, but it has little effect on the bond's hardness. However, the strength of bond is obviously improved by increasing temperature. After testing the diamond bit and observing the diamond surface, the addition of cast iron powder can reduce the surface erosion of iron to diamond and improve the holding force strength of the bond to diamond.
