摘要 目的:运用循证医学方法评价肿瘤组织中E盒结合锌指蛋白的免疫组化表达,探讨其与恶性肿瘤的关系及临床意义。方法:检索Pubmed、EMBASE、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库,检索时间均从建库至2017年3月,使用stata14. 0软件对符合纳入标准的研究结果进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入15篇文献,包括1 505例患者和575例正常对照。通过Meta分析,组织表达ZEB1可以促进肿瘤的发生。纳入的15篇研究文献中有11篇阳性组表达ZEB1明显高于对照组[比值比=11. 33,95%可信区间(95%CI):7. 78,16. 5,P=0. 00]。egger法分析显示不对称(P=0. 013)。在进行发表偏倚检验时,发现有统计学意义。进而对所纳入文献进行了Trim法剪补,显示结果较为稳健。结论:ZEB1的表达与肿瘤形成有一定程度的关系,对肿瘤早期诊断有一定的参考价值。 Objective: To assess the immunohistochemical expression of zinc finger E-box-binding protein1(ZEB1),and to further investigate its association with malignant tumors based on meta-analyiss. Methods: By means of preference criteria, all articles were methodically collected from the Pubmed, EMBASE,CNKI and Wangfang data databases.The retrieval time limit was from their establishment to March 2017.The STATA14.0 statistical software was used to conduct the meta-analysis. Results: 15 RCTs study involving 1 505 patients and 575 normal controls were included. Analysis shows that the tissue expressing ZEB1 could contribute to the tumorigenesis. Of the 15 studies, 11 reported that the positive cells number expressing ZEB1 were significantly higher than those in the control group[OR=11.33,95%CI(7.78,16.5), P =0.000].The egger funnel plot revealed asymmetry( P =0.013), and it indicated publication bias. By using the Trim method, the experimental results of 11 researches were consistent. Conclusion: Expressing ZEB1 is associated with an increased risk of oncogenesis.ZEB1 may be a potential marker for the diagnosis and prognosis of tumor.
