国内外纯网络电子期刊评估实证研究

Empirical Evaluation of Domestic and Foreign Pure Electronic Journals

[目的/意义]评估纯网络电子期刊有助于用户正确选择学习交流平台,有助于图书馆选择合适的馆藏,有助于我国网络信息资源建设的规范化,从而促进我国信息化水平的提高。[方法/过程]选择国内外4种纯网络电子期刊,采用定量的方法,从内容评价、利用评价、设计评价、安全性评价、读者满意度5个方面对纯网络电子期刊进行实证评估研究。[结果/结论]期刊按照得分从高到低依次为D-Lib Magazine、《中国科技论文在线精品论文》、EJKM、《知识管理论坛》。针对得出的纯网络电子期刊评价结果,提出纯网络电子期刊的改进建议,并指出未来纯网络电子期刊评估的研究方向。

[Purpose/significance] The evaluation of pure electronic journals can help users to choose accurately a learning andcommunication platform, promote a library to select the appropriate collections, contribute to standardize the construction of network information resources in China, so as to develop the informationization in China. [Method/process] The paper chooses four kinds of pureelectronic journals at home and abroad in order to implement empirical analysis by using a quantitative method from five aspects ofperformance evaluation including content evaluation, utilization evaluation, design evaluation, safety evaluation and user satisfaction.[Result/conclusion] According to the calculation results, the journals ranged by scores from high to low are D-Lib Magazine, Highlights of Sciencepaper Online, EJKM, and Knowledge Management Forum. On the basis of the evaluation results of the pure electronicjournals, the paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement of pure electronic journals and points out the future research direction on pure electronic-journal evaluation.
