[目的/意义]旨在为民族舆情治理提供参考。[方法/过程]运用文献分析、实证研究方法,分析网络大V影响民族舆情的途径以及在民族舆情各阶段所起的作用。[结果/结论]网络大V起到设置议程、扩大讨论规模、推进讨论深入和形成民族记忆等作用;其影响范围遵循信息传播的基本原理,而观点被认同的程度与民族价值立场、利益诉求相关。提出应当重视大V对民族舆论的引导能力,为民族关系的稳定发展创造良好的舆论环境。

[Purpose/significance] The paper is to provide reference for national public opinion governance. [Method/process]The paper uses literature analysis and empirical research to analyze the ways that Internet Big V influence national public opinion andits affect in each stage of national public opinion. [Result/conclusion] Internet Big V play an important role in setting the agenda, expanding the scale of discussion, advancing discussion and forming national memory; its influence scope follows the basic principles ofinformation dissemination, and the degree of its opinion recognition is related to national value standpoint and interest appeal. The paper proposes to pay more attention to the guidance ability of Internet Big V for national public opinion, and create a favorable environment for the stable development of national relations.
