浅析高校学生体能测试现状与影响因素

Briefly on the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Physical Fitness Test for Undergraduates

随着生活水平日渐提高,素质教育备受关注。大学是学校教育的最高阶段,是整个中国教育生态链中最后一道关口。根据国家体育总局发布的《2014年国民体质监测公报》显示,在全民体质达标率呈现上升态势时,大学生身体素质却不容乐观,有逐年下降趋势。通过对大学生体能测试的数据进行分析,提出改进策略,并制定体育教学手段进行干预,改善大学生健康状况,真正树立健康第一的生活理念和终身体育的教学思路。

As the living standard improves, quality education has attracted much attention. The university is the highest stage of school education and the last gateway in the whole Chinese education ecological chain. As shown in National Constitution Monitoring Report in 2014 issued by General Administration of Sport, undergraduates’ constitution is not optimistic and the year-by-year declining tendency has come into being while the national rate of meeting the standard for physical fitness is rising. Through the analysis on undergraduates’ physical fitness test data, the improvement strategy was put forward and physical education means were made for interventions so as to improve their health and establish the idea of “health first” and the teaching thought of lifelong physical education.
