摘要 为促进战略性新兴产业协同创新发展,以专利视角探究产学研协同创新和产业经济发展突出问题。分析我国战略性新兴产业创新发展情况,结合专利协同创新理论和专利合作网络,选择沈阳市两个代表性产业——高端装备制造业和智能机器人作为研究样本,构建企业、高校、研究机构及产业链合作伙伴的专利合作网络并进行可视化分析,进而得出产业合作申请发明专利技术分布及演化轨迹。在此基础上,分析战略性新兴产业创新主体的协同创新互动及运行机理,最后给出结论与建议,以期为战略性新兴产业发展提供决策支持。 In order to promote the collaborative innovation development of strategic emerging industries, the outstanding problems are explored concerning the industry-college-institute collaborative innovation and industrial economic development from the patent perspective. The innovation and development are analyzed about the strategic emerging industries in China. The theory of patent collaborative innovation and patent cooperation network are combined. Two representative industries in Shenyang are selected as the research samples including high-end equipment manufacturing industry and intelligent robot industry. The patent cooperation network is built among the enterprises, the universities, the research institutes and the industrial partners, and the visualization analysis is carried out. The technological distribution and evolution trajectory of application are obtained for invention for industrial cooperation. Based on that, the collaborative innovation interaction and operation mechanism are analyzed among innovative entities in strategic emerging industries. The conclusions and suggestions are given so as to provide strategic support for the development of strategic emerging industries
