基于弹性供应链的节点替代策略研究

摘要 针对供应链受外界威胁导致供应链上节点企业中断问题,从弹性视角研究节点中断后的替代策略,建立以满足消费者需求、维持供应链正常运行为目的的混合整数规划模型。用CPLEX软件求解在满足弹性约束下总成本最低的应急调度策略,最后通过小规模算例验证应急策略的有效性,旨为供应链应急管理提供一条新途径。 In order to solve the problem of enterprise node interruption due to the outside threat in the supply chain, the replacement strategy after the interruption of nodes is studied from an elastic perspective. A mixed integer programming model is established to meet the needs of consumers and to maintain the normal operation of the supply chain. The CPLEX software is used to solve the emergency scheduling strategy with the lowest total cost under the elastic constraints. Finally, a small scale example is used to verify the effectiveness of the emergency strategy, so as to provide a new way for the emergency management of supply chain.
