家庭无创呼吸机对稳定期COPD并慢性呼吸衰竭的治疗效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Family Noninvasive Ventilator on Stable COPD and Chronic Respiratory Failure

目的:观察对于稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)合并慢性呼吸衰竭患者采取家庭无创呼吸机的治疗效果。方法:将在笔者所在医院2015年1月-2016年12月收治以稳定期COPD合并慢性呼吸衰竭患者42例,依照患者入院顺序分成两组,每组21例。采取常规家庭氧疗法为对照组,采取家庭无创呼吸机治疗为试验组。将两组患者临床治疗效果、动脉血气分析、肺功能变化对照分析。结果:试验组总有效率为95.24%,对照组为66.67%,试验组血气与肺功能明显优于对照组,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于稳定期COPD合并慢性呼吸衰竭患者,采取家庭无创呼吸机治疗,可明显提高患者临床治疗效果,改善患者动脉血气情况,提高患者肺功能效果理想,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe the effect of home noninvasive ventilator on stable COPD patients with chronic respiratory failure.Method：In ourhospital from 2015 january to December 2016,42 patients with stable stage of chronic respiratory failure were treated in a stable period.The patients were dividedinto two groups of 21 cases in each group according to the order of admission.Conventional home oxygen therapy was used as control group,and family noninvasiveventilator therapy was used as the experimental group.The clinical efficacy,arterial blood gas analysis and pulmonary function were compared between the twogroups.Result：The total effective rate was 95.24% in the experimental group and 66.67% in the control group（P〈0.05）.The blood gas and lung function in theexperimental group were obviously superior to those of the control group with statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For patients with stable COPD withchronic respiratory failure,family non-invasive ventilator therapy can obviously improve the effect of clinical treatment,improve the arterial blood gas andimprove the effect of the pulmonary function of the patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
