责任护理小组对食管癌放化疗患者癌痛及自我效能感的影响

Effect of Responsibility System Nursing Team on Cancer Pain and Self-efficacy in Esophageal Cancer Patients with Chemoradiotherapy

目的:探讨食管癌放化疗患者应用责任护理小组对癌痛及自我效能感的影响。方法:回顾性分析2016年1月-2017年12月笔者所在医院收治的食管癌放化疗患者70例的临床资料,依据时间段不同分为两组。对照组35例患者行常规护理,观察组35例患者采用责任小组护理,比较两组癌痛与自我效能感。结果:护理1、3周后,观察组癌痛程度轻于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理1周后自我效能评分(2.83±0.49)分、护理3周后(3.51±0.40)分,高于对照组的(2.36±0.57)、(2.63±0.52)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对食管癌放化疗患者,应用责任小组护理模式可减轻癌痛,提高自我效能,加快患者恢复。

Objective： To investigate the effect of responsibility system nursing team on cancer pain and self-efficacy in esophageal cancer patients with chemoradiotherapy.Method： The clinical data of esophageal cancer patients with chemoradiotherapy admitted into our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients were divided into two groups by different time period.35 patients in control group were given routine nursing,while 35 patients in observation group were given responsibility system team nursing.The cancer pain and self-efficacy scores were compared between the two groups.Result：After nursing for one week and three weeks,the degree of cancer pain in observation group were slighter than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After nursing for one week and three weeks,the scores of self-efficacy in observation group were （2.83±0.49）,（3.51±0.40）points,higher than （2.36±0.57）,（2.63±0.52）points in control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Responsibility system nursing team for esophageal cancer patients with chemoradiotherapy can reduce cancer pain,increase self-efficacy and accelerate patients’ recovery.
