雷火灸应用于58例颈椎病患者的护理研究

Nursing Research of Thunder-fire Moxibustion Applied to 58 Patients with Cervical Spondylosis

目的:探讨应用雷火灸治疗颈椎病患者的临床护理及治疗效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院中医科2017年1-12月收治的58例颈椎病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各29例。对照组给予常规治疗护理,观察组给予雷火灸疗法规范化护理干预,比较两组患者的临床疗效及满意度。结果:与对照组比较,观察组中医证候评分明显减少,护理满意度评分明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组的79.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:雷火灸治疗结合规范化护理干预可有效促进颈椎病患者的血液循环,改善其临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical nursing and therapeutic effects of thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylosis.Method：A total of 58 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine in our hospital from January to December 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,29 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment care,the observation group was given the thunder-fire moxibustion therapy standardized nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result：Compared with the control group,the scores of TCM syndromes were reduced significantly,and the score of nursing satisfaction was higher significantly in the observation group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.01）.The total effective rate was 96.55% in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group（79.31%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Thunder-fire moxibustion treatment combined with standardized nursing intervention can promote blood circulation of patients with cervical spondylosis effectively, improve clinical symptoms,and the way is worthy of clinical application.
