基于Abaqus和Femfat的摇臂轴座仿真分析与结构改进

摘要 针对某3.5 L国VI柴油发动机摇臂轴座滑移超标和强度不足的问题,提出了将分体式摇臂轴座改为整体式和增大过渡圆角等结构的改进措施。应用Abaqus和Femfat软件对改进后的摇臂轴座进行滑移分析和疲劳计算,结果表明:改进后的摇臂轴座最小滑移量为6μm,最小疲劳安全系数为1.56,均满足相对滑移量和强度要求。 In order to solve the problem of substandard slippage and insufficient strength for the 3.5 L CNVI diesel engine rocker arm shaft seat, the structure improvement measures were put forward, such as adopting the integral structure to replace the original split structure and increasing the transition fillets. Slipping analysis and fatigue analysis were applied to the modified rocker arm shaft seat by using Abaqus and Femfat, the results show that the minimum relative slip of contact surface is 6 microns, and the smallest fatigue safety coefficient is 1.56, which both can satisfy the requirements of relative slippage and intensity.
