摘要
用NaCl-KCl-H_2O溶液模拟浓海水,采用MVR蒸发工艺进行浓海水提钾的研究,从过料液浓度和压缩比两方面探究其对蒸发系统的影响。结果表明,随着过料液浓度的增加,生蒸汽用量决定系统的经济性,且压缩比为1.8、过料液浓度为0.15时,经济性最佳。二效MVR系统在一效排出氯化钾质量分数为0.15、压缩比为1.8时,经济性最好。
NaCl-KCl-H2O solution was used to simulate concentrated seawater, and potassium extraction was carried out by MVR evaporation process. The infiuence of the concentration and compression ratio on the evaporation system was investigated. The results showed that the economy of the system was determined by the amount of steam generated with the increase of the concentration of feed liquid, and the optimum economy was best when the compression ratio was 1.8 and the concentration of feed liquid was 0.15. For the two-effect MVR system, when the mass fraction of potassium chloride was 0.15 and the compression ratio was 1.8, the economy was the best.
