摘要
将钼酸铵、硫酸铜、1,10-二氮菲配入普通的锰系磷化液中,通过试验优化了配方:马日夫盐27g·L^(-1)、磷酸7.5 g·L^(-1)、硝酸锰15 g·L^(-1)、硫酸铜0.3 g·L^(-1)、钼酸铵0.4 g·L^(-1)、1,10-二氮菲1.0 g·L^(-1)。优化后的磷化液应用在高铬合金石油管箍的高温锰系磷化中,与普通锰系磷化液相比,磷化时间缩短,磷化膜厚度增加,磷化膜的耐磨性也得到提高。
Ammonium molybdate, copper sulfate and phenodiazine were used to prepare manganess phosphating, and the optimum formula was obtained by experiment: manganous dihydrogen phosphate was 27g/L, phosphoric acid 7.5g/L, manganese nitrate 15g/L, copper sulfate 0.3g/L, ammonium molybdate 0.4g/L, 1,10-phenanthroline 1.0g/L. Compared with common manganese phosphating solution, the phosphorization time of the optimized phosphating solution was shorter, phosphating film was thicker and the wear resistance of phosphating film was also improved.
