通督调神针法联合言语康复训练治疗脑卒中后失语症对语言功能及生活质量的影响

目的:观察通督调神针法联合言语康复训练治疗脑卒中后失语症对语言功能及生活质量的影响。方法:106例按随机数字表法分为两组各53例。两组均给予言语康复训练,观察组加用通督调神针法。结果:治疗1个月后,观察组语言理解、自发说话、命名、复述评分、SS-QOL评分高于对照组。结论:通督调神针法联合言语康复训练治疗脑卒中后失语症,可显著提高语言功能与生活质量。

Objective：To observe the effect on language function and life quality of post-stroke aphasia treated by hedging the govern vessel by regulating spirits acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training. Method： 106 cases were divided into two groups evenly according to random number table method. Both groups were treated with speech rehabilitation training and the observation group were treated with hedging the governor vessel by regulating spirits acupuncture in addition. Result： After 1 month treatment, language comprehension, spontaneous speaking, nomenclature, retelling score and SS-QOL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion： Hedging the govern vessel by regulating spirits acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training could enhance the language function and life quality in treatment of post-stroke aphasia.
