定点旋转扳法联合针刀序贯疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

目的:观察定点旋转扳法联合针刀序贯疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果。方法:105例分为两组,对照组52例用推拿联合电针治疗,观察组53例用定点旋转扳法联合针刀序贯疗法治疗。结果:总有效率观察组90.57%、对照组75.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组VAS及颈椎活动度评分均低于对照组,MNCV、SNCV均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刀序贯疗法联合定点旋转扳法治疗神经根型颈椎病效果较好。

Objective：to analyze the effect of sequential rotation therapy combined with Acupotomy sequential therapy in patients with cervical spondylotic radicular disease.Methods：105 cases of cervical spondylotic radicular spondylosis were grouped in our hospital.52 cases in the control group were treated with massage combined with electroacupuncture, and 53 cases in the observation group were treated with fixed-point rotating wrench combined with needle knife sequential therapy, and the curative effect was compared.Results：the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.57% higher than that of the control group 75%.The VAS and the cervical vertebra activity score were all lower than the control group, and the elevation of MNCV and SNCV was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Acupotomy sequential therapy combined with fixed-point rotating manipulation can significantly relieve pain of cervical spondylotic radicular disease, improve cervical activity and nerve conduction velocity.
