摘要
勾心作为受力部件安装在鞋内,主要起保护足弓不过度弯曲的作用。针对不同鞋内钢勾心类型、安装位置及固定方式等问题导致取样效率低的问题,对提高手工取样效率的方法和步骤进行了分类阐述。鞋外底内勾心用切割法取样时,需要注意鞋底材料对切割刀摩擦阻力的问题;对于中底内勾心取样,不同固定配件的去除需要用不同的方法,但取样总体思路一致,都是当不能直接去除固定配件时,先把鞋跟与中底分开,再去除固定配件,然后找到中底不同颜色的交界处将中底分层,取出勾心,最后去除勾心上残留铆钉和其他残留物。可以帮助鞋类产品检测实验室人员提高鞋内勾心手工取样的效率。
The footwear shank is used to prevent excessive bending of the plantar arch. The method of preparation of shank from footwear is determined by the understanding of the variety of installations and mountings in footwear. The aim of this study was to investigate the preparation method of shank samples from footwear, in particular manual preparation. Methods and steps of manual preparation were classified to expound. Tools were improved to increase the speed of preparation. The frictional resistance must be eliminated when cutting the sole. The heel was separated firstly if the mounting could not be removed directly. The key to separating the insole was to find the boundary of color difference. This indicates that there is a possibility of increasing efficiency of sample preparation by understanding the methods and steps of manual sample preparation.
