同步发电机穿心螺杆与定子铁心冲片短路故障的在线监测方法 被引量:4

摘要 同步电机的穿心螺杄与定子铁心冲片短路故障会严重威胁发电机组的安全运行。本文提出了基于穿心螺杄感应电压的同步发电机穿心螺杄与定子铁心冲片短路故障检测方法,分析了检测方法的基本原理。为验证该方法的有效性,以某核电厂一台TA1100-78型汽轮发电机(2对极)作为研究对象,对发电机空载和额定负载工况迚行仿真,结果表明:发生穿心螺杄与定子铁心冲片短路时,检测方法的采样电压升高,可以根据电压值定位短路点位置,与理论分析结果一致,该方法实现了同步电机穿心螺杄与定子铁心冲片短路故障的在线检测。 The short-circuit fault between piercing screw and stator core lamination in synchronous generator can seriously threaten the safe operation of generator set. This paper presented a method for detecting short circuit fault between piercing screw and stator core lamination of synchronous generator based on the induced voltage of piercing screw, and the basic principle of the detection method was analyzed. To verify the effectiveness of the method, a TA1100-78 type turbine generator (2 pairs of poles) in a nuclear power plant was chose as the research object, the no-load and rated load working condition of the generator is simulated, the results show that the sampling voltage of the detection method will rise when the short-circuit between the piercing screw and stator core lamination occurs, and the position of the short-circuit point can be located according to the voltage value, which is consistent with the theoretical analysis. The method realizes the on-line detection of the short-circuit fault between the piercing screw and stator core lamination of synchronous generator.
