摘要
当前燃煤火电机组运行的外部环境已经发生深刻变化,机组承担电网调节任务的压力越来越大。本文总结了当前燃煤机组新运行方式的特点,重点分析了机组灵活性运行对发电机定、转子绕组等重要部件和机组运行的影响。同时分析了发电机在调压调相时,过磁通、过电压对发电机铁心端部和绝缘材料的影响。燃煤机组新运行方式对在役汽轮发电机的可靠性和寿命影响较大。由于当前煤电机组的地位正在发生转变,越来越多的在役汽轮发电机将会进入新运行方式。本文的内容可以为优化和改进汽轮发电机,保证机组的安全可靠运行提供有益参考。
The external operation environment of the current coal-fired thermal power plant hasundergone profound changes, and generators are under increasing pressure to undertake gridregulation tasks. This article summarizes the characteristics of the new operation mode of the currentcoal-fired generating units, and focuses on the analysis of the influence of flexible operation ongenerator important components such as stator windings, rotor windings, etc. and unit operation. Atthe same time, the influence of over-flux and over-voltage on the generator core end and insulationmaterials during the voltage regulation and phase adjustment is analyzed. The new operation modeof coal-fired units has a greater impact on the reliability and life of the turbine generators inservice.As the current status of coal-fired power plants is gradually changing, more and more in-serviceturbine generators will enter new operating modes. The content of this paper can provide a usefulreference for optimizing and improving the turbine generator to ensure the safe and reliableoperation of the unit.
