开绕组无刷双馈发电机系统变流器故障诊断 被引量:3

摘要 功率开关器件开路是风力发电系统中的常见故障。本文对基于直接功率控制策略的开绕组无刷双馈发电机(OW-BDFG)系统中双两电平变流器功率开关器件的开路故障诊断方法进行研究。详细分析了双两电平变流器单相开路故障类型,以单个变流器单相故障、两个变流器均单相故障为例,将正常运行与故障后的控制绕组相电压进行对比分析,实现故障诊断和故障类型辨别。仿真结果验证了所提方法的有效性。 Open circuit of power switches is a common failure in wind power generation system. Theopen circuit fault diagnosis method of dual two level converter power switches in open windingbrushless doubly fed generator system based on direct power control is studied in this paper. Thesingle phase open circuit fault type of double two level converters is analyzed in detail. The singlephase fault of single converter and the single phase fault of two converters are taken as an example.The normal operation and the phase voltage of the control winding after the fault are compared andanalyzed, and the fault diagnosis and fault type identification are realized. The simulation resultsverify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
