摘要
为了改进抽屉制品的外观质量,运用Moldflow软件对抽屉制品浇口位置进行预分析,确定了浇口位置。分析熔接痕产生的原因,调整制品壁厚后将模型导入Moldflow进行分析,熔接痕缺陷在有明显改善,主要外观面熔接痕消失,试模后产品符合设计要求。结果表明,在注塑模产品设计中使用Moldflow进行模拟分析,可较好的优化注塑成型工艺,减少试模次数,缩短产品的开发周期。
In order to improve the appearance quality of drawer products, Moldflow software was used to pre-analyze the gatelocation of drawer products, and the gate location was determined. The reason of weld line is analyzed and the model is importedinto Moldflow after adjusting the thickness of product wall. The defect of weld line is obviously improved. The main appearance ofweld line disappears and the product meets the design requirements after die test. The results show that the use of Moldflow in in-jection mold product design simulation analysis can better optimize the injection molding process, reduce the number of trial mold,and shorten the product development cycle.
