钢丝螺套修复螺孔的应用 被引量:3

摘要 矿用车后轮毂上沿圆周等分12个M22的螺孔,因长期受到运输过程中的振动、负荷冲击及频繁拆装螺栓,使内螺纹从牙扣表面逐步向牙扣内部磨损,牙扣实体越来越小,内径变大,螺纹配合间隙变大,久之安装螺栓时会出现乱牙、滑丝等彻底损坏。采用钢丝螺套新型修复机体螺纹方法,能有效减轻螺纹牙受力不均和抗冲击振动的作用,提高螺纹的疲劳强度,减少螺纹的磨损和抗腐蚀性能,从而提高了轮毂使用性能,并且不改变所有相关联的零件尺寸,方便、经济、可靠。 The rear-wheel hub of a mining truck is divided into 12 M22 screw holes along the circumference. Because of the vi-bration, load shock and frequent disassembly of bolts in the process of transportation, the internal thread is gradually worn from thesurface of the tooth button to the inside of the tooth button, and the tooth button body is getting smaller and smaller. The bigger theinner diameter, the bigger the clearance of the thread fit, the longer the bolt will be damaged, such as disorderly teeth, slippage, andso on. Adopting a new type of thread repairing method of steel wire thread sleeve can effectively reduce the action of uneven stressof thread tooth and anti-shock vibration, improve the fatigue strength of thread, reduce the wear and corrosion resistance of thread,and thus improve the service performance of wheel hub and will not change the size of all associated parts. This method proves con-venient, economic and reliable.
