摘要
文章针对我国支线机场建设项目的特点,采用工程网络计划技术编制了小型支线机场工程进度管理应用程序,并以稻城亚丁机场建设项目为例,阐述了进度计划编制、计划优化和调整的全过程,取得以下成果:(1)编制了机场建设项目进度管理应用程序,并根据项目的实际情况,实现了项目进度计划的优化和调整;(2)针对机场建设项目土石方工程施工作业量大、作业面广的特点,重点分析了不同工种间的作业链接,以及同一工种不同作业面上的链接关系,并以此为突破口,进行了进度计划的优化和调整,大大缩短了工程建设时间。
In view of the characteristics of regional airport construction projects in China, the project schedule management ap-plication program of small regional airport project is compiled using engineering network planning technology, and the constructionproject of Daocheng Yading Airport is taken as an example. This paper expounds the whole process of making, optimizing and adjust-ing the progress plan, and obtains the following results: (1) The progress management application program of the airport constructionproject is compiled, and according to the actual situation of the project; Realized the optimization and adjustment of the projectschedule; (2) In view of the airport construction project earthwork construction with great work quantity and large work area, we haveanalyzed the operation link between different types of work emphatically as well as the same type of work on different work surfacelink relations, and with this as a breakthrough, we made some optimization and adjustment to the schedule, greatly shortening theproject construction time.
