大型现代化矿山井下破碎—筛分—混凝土制备站设计探讨 被引量:3

摘要 混凝土支护技术及大型自动化采掘设备在地下矿山应用日益广泛,其在提高矿山安全生产水平及生产效率、降低生产成本方面发挥了巨大作用。自动化设备对运行路面平整度提出了更高要求,而砂石料作为喷射混凝土及道路硬化的主要材料,砂石料高效、低成本运往井下使用地点方法十分重要,尤其对于无斜坡道通达地表的深井矿山更是如此。本文通过对比副井下放及井下破碎—筛分—混凝土制备站两种不同砂石料供应方案,论证了建立井下破碎—筛分—混凝土制备站的可行性及经济性。 The application of concrete support technology and large automated mining equipment was increasingly extensive in underground mines, and which had played a huge role in improving safe production level of mines, increasing production efficiency, and reducing production cost. The automated equipment had higher requirements on the smoothness of the operation road surface, and as the main material of shotcrete and road hardening, it was very important to find the efficient and low-cost method of transporting sand and gravel to the underground use point, especially for deep mines without slopes access to the surface. In this paper, the feasibility and economy of establishing an underground crushin g- screenin g- concrete preparation station were demonstrated by comparing two different supply schemes about sand and gravel of the downhole auxiliary shaft and the underground crushin g- screenin g- concrete preparation station.
