摘要
MITF,即小眼畸形相关转录因子(microphthalmia-associated transcription factor),其在黑色素细胞的发育和分化中具有核心的调控作用。为了解色素相关基因和体色之间的关系,应用分析血鹦鹉的表达谱,采用实时荧光定量PCR(qPCR)技术技术,从血鹦鹉(Amphilophus)鱼鳍与鱼皮中提取RNA,通过Primer 5软件设计扩增血鹦鹉Mitfa基因片段的引物并进行qPCR评估,为血鹦鹉Mitfa基因表达的qPCR分析奠定了基础。
Microphthalmia associated transcription factor (MITF) plays an important role in the regu lation of the development and differentiation of melanocytes. In order to understand the relationship between pigment related genes and body color, and to analyze the expression profiles of Amphilophus, real time fluorescence quantitative PCR (qPCR) technology was used to extract RNA from the skin and fins of Amphilophus. The primers of the Mitfa gene fragment of Amphilophus were amplified and qPCR was assessed by Primer 5 software.
