摘要
目的:评价复方聚乙二醇电解质溶液联合比沙可啶对门诊患者肠道准备质量的影响。方法:将360名拟行结肠镜检查的门诊患者,随机分为试验组(2 L聚乙二醇+10 mg比沙可啶)和对照组(2 L聚乙二醇),使用Boston肠道准备评分量表(Boston bowel preparation scale,BBPS)对患者的肠道准备质量进行评估。观察并比较两组肠道准备合格率、腺瘤检出率、盲肠插管成功率、不良反应发生率。结果:试验组肠道准备合格率(91.1%)明显高于对照组(77.2%,χ2=13.028,P<0.001);试验组BBPS总评分及左半结肠、横结肠、右半结肠评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。试验组的腺瘤检出率(22.8%)高于对照组(13.9%,χ2=4.750,P<0.05),而两组盲肠插管成功率和不良反应发生率相近(P>0.05)。结论:2 L聚乙二醇联合10 mg比沙可啶可以明显改善门诊患者的肠道准备质量,提高腺瘤检出率,且不会增加患者发生不良反应的风险。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of polyethylene glycol (PEG) electrolyte solution plus bisacodyl on the quality of bowel preparation in outpatients. Methods: Thine hunred and sixty outpatients registered for colonoscopy were randomly divided into the experiment group (2 L PEG + 10 mg bisacodyl) and the control group (2 L PEG). The rate of adequate bowel preparation was assessed by the Boston bowel preparation scale (BBPS) and adenoma detection rate, cecal intubation rate and adverse reaction rate in two groups were analysed. Results : The rate of adequate bowel preparation in the experimental group (91.1%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (77.2%, χ2 = 13. 028, P 〈 0. 001 ). The total score of BBPS and the scores of left colon, transverse colon and right colon in the experiment group were higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). The adenoma detection rate in the experiment group(22.8% ) were higher than that in the control group (13.9%, χ2 = 4. 750, P 〈 0.05 ). There were no significant difference in the cecal intubation rate and adverse reaction rate between two groups (P 〉0.05). Conclusion: PEG(2 L) combined with 10 mg bisacodyl may significantly improve the quality of bowel preparation in outpatients and increase the adenoma detection rate, without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.
