摘要
业务推动是寿险公司各级经营机构常用的销售组织手段,但若管控不到位,极易产生经营风险。本文通过对审计实践中发现的实际案例进行分析,阐明了业务推动活动中存在问题的表现形式,挖掘了产生问题的原因,分析了存在的风险隐患,并从审计的视角提出了相应的管理对策。
Business promotion is a common method of marketing for life insurance companies at all levels. However, it is easy to generate operational risks in case of the inadequate of controls. This paper analyzes several actual cases in audit practice, clarifies the main patterns of problems in business promotion activities, explores the causes of problems, analyzes potential risks, and proposes corresponding management strategy from the perspective of auditing.
