摘要
侨乡换流站国产阀冷系统保护和控制功能主要通过基于Simatic S7-400语言的源程序实现,为了研究其数据处理方法,着重分析高位水箱液位超低保护跳闸逻辑、模拟量高(低)和超高(超低)告警判断逻辑、模拟量数据显示判断逻辑。研究结果表明,多传感器的"三取二"、"二取二(二取一)"、"一取一"策略可规避传感器故障导致的跳闸风险,可靠性更高。同时,针对阀冷系统水回路存在的隐患问题提出了优化方案。
In Qiaoxiang converter station,the protection and control functions of domestic valve cooling system are achieved by the source program based on Simatic S7-400.In order to research the data processing method,this paper mainly analyzes the ultra-low liquid level tripping protection logic of high level cistern,judgment logic of high(low)or ultrahigh(ultra-low)analog quantity warning,judgment logic of analog quantity data display.The result shows that the two out of three,two out of two(one out of two)and one out of one strategies of multi-sensors can avoid the tripping risk caused by sensor fault and has higher reliability.Meanwhile,in view of the hidden dangers in valve cooling water loop,an optimization scheme is put forward.
