Tea is a symbol of spring, and activities related to tea are considered elegant and enjoyable. Tea plucking,processing and drinking can all be found in poems and couplets. When people read and enjoy the tea couplets, the sound ofthe boiling tea, the image of cloud sheltering land, the fragrance released from the Longtuan tea cake, the water mist over-whelming from the tea spot mixed with the spring rain, the small garden surrounding with low sledge and the vivid fire withthe new coming tea consist of a series of beautiful paintings, which make people feel that savoring tea is just like enjoying thespringtime and realize the philosophical meditation embodied. The life style, including getting a clean table with a cup ofsteaming tea, accompanied with clear stream and the soft wind, plucking wild flowers along the mountain path, watching themoon througha bamboo window, is not only what the ancient literati and officials pursued, but also the dream of people to-day.
