摘要
姜盐豆子芝麻茶是岳阳地区流行的饮茶方式,有着独特的起源。把姜盐豆子芝麻茶作为民俗现象来探讨,可以从过渡礼仪与在地意识两方面去理解它。在人际间的聚合行为中,姜盐豆子芝麻茶作为过渡礼仪,发挥着重要作用。由于姜盐豆子芝麻茶与当地社会文化有唯一性的契合,所以能够帮助当地人确认在地意识。这些功能是认识姜盐豆子芝麻茶时应该重视到的。
Ginger salt tea mixed with sesame and beans has a unique origin and is popular in Yueyang area of HunanProvince. This paper discusses the tea as a folklore from two aspects of the transitional rite and local awareness. In people'spolymerization behaviors, the tea plays an important role as a transitional rite. It is closely integrated with local society andculture, helping locals confirm the local awareness. In exploring the tea, it is necessary to understand these features.
