历史时期东莞茶叶种植及茶文化初考

Preliminary Study on Tea Planting and Tea Culture in Dongguan in Historical Periods

东莞为岭南古邑,东部山体庞大,集中成片,气候适宜茶种植,处于中国四大产茶区的华南茶区范围,适宜乔木、小乔木、灌木茶树品种种植。本文通过查阅地方文献、口述历史、田野考古等多种研究方法,对历史时期东莞茶叶种植和茶文化史料进行梳理和考证,为东莞茶产业及茶文化发展提供理论依据和有益的探究。

Dongguan, as an ancient city of the Southern Five Ridges, has huge and concentrated mountains in its east,whose climate is fit for tea planting. It is located in the Southern China tea area of the four largest tea producing areas in China,which are suitable for planting small trees and shrubs. This paper explores textual researches on the history of tea planting and tea culture in Dongguan through the methods of local literature, oral history and field archaeology, so as to offer theoretical basis and analysis for the development of tea industry and tea culture in Dongguan.
